She is persuasive and manipulative and not afraid to lie and cheat to get people to do things for her. Normally her head feathers are slicked back, but when she's angry they puff up and stick straight up. It's very hard for Rodney not to make fun of her when this happens, but one does not want to cross Siboban when she's mad. Background: While on a... Let's say an "outing" to a top secret lab, Rodney accidentally grabbed a different item than he was aiming for. When he got back to his lab, he opened it and discovered (much to his shock, horror, and dismay) a sleeping bird. It bit his finger and he got an epiphany; This bird is evil. He rifled through his various stolen articles of chemicals and concoctions and found the perfect one to give to this potential sidekick. He poured some in a dish for the bird and...
